ORDERING
Orders may be placed through our secured and encrypted online catalog at https://www.cetgroupusa.com/, via phone to our Customer Service Department at 888-826-2576, via fax to 952-898-1948 or via email to customerservice@cetgroupusa.com.
CET Group USA, Inc. will accept orders from office equipment dealers and organizations that retain trained personnel to service equipment. A Massachuetts certificate of tax exemption will be required.
CET Group USA, Inc. is not subject to terms and conditions set forth in any non-CET Group order form. Only the terms and conditions listed here apply to your orders from CET Group.
By placing an order with CET Group USA, Inc., you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale and that CET Group USA, Inc. is authorized to collect payment via the payment method specified on the order. All orders are subject to approval by CET Group USA, Inc..
CET Group USA, Inc. normal hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders may be submitted online at anytime. Orders that are submitted after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is a $50 minimum for all orders. A $5.00 service charge will apply to any orders not meeting the minimum.
CREDIT TERMS
All orders will be billed to a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) unless an approved credit line has been established.
Credit card orders are assessed a 3% credit card processing fee to cover the fees we are assessed by the credit card company.
Our open account terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. If you wish to open a Net 30 account, please call customer service at 888-826-2576 or email to customerservice@cetgroupusa.com and request a credit application.

PO PROCESSOR VENDOR
CET Group USA, Inc. is an authorized PO Processor vendor. Contact your sales representative to find out more about our PO Processor reimbursement program.
RETURNED CHECKS
A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for any checks returned to CET Group USA, Inc. for insufficient funds or closed accounts.
FINANCE CHARGES
Interest will be charged on all past-due amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month. In addition, any applicable collection and/or legal fees will be assigned as they are incurred.
SHIPPING
Regular orders received before 3 p.m. EST will ship same day. Most regular ground and air orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Freight is prepaid and billed to you.
RETURNS
Prior to returning any merchandise purchased from CET Group USA, Inc., you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Any product returned must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark packaging, or write address information or Return Authorization Numbers on the outside of the original packaging.
A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply for all returns. Returns are accepted within 90 days of original invoice date. Receipt of a Return Authorization Number does not imply that credit will be given for the returned product as all returned product requires an inspection by CET Group USA, Inc. prior to granting credit.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. All claims for damage must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery.
WARRANTY
CET Group USA, Inc. products are designed and manufactured to perform equivalent to or better than OEM products, unless otherwise noted. CET Group USA, Inc. warrants each product to be free from manufacturing related defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase except where listed below:
- Remanufactured HP fuser units are covered for six months.
- Remanufactured printer toner cartridges have a two year warranty.
- Imported (new build) printer toner cartridges are covered for 1 year.
- CET Group USA, Inc. does not provide warranty coverage for OEM products.
Prior to returning any merchandise purchased from CET Group USA, Inc. for warranty, please complete this warranty return form and return it to CET Customer Service at customerservice@cetgroupusa.com for approval. If we ask you to return the product, include a copy of the completed warranty form with the return of the product in question to:

LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
CET Group USA, Inc. makes no representation of warranty or implied warranty. Buyer further agrees that CET Group USA, Inc. will not be held liable for consequential damage to systems or components internal or external. Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of said product.
